We offer delivery within Qatar and international shipping to select regions. All orders are handled with care and sent via trusted courier partners.

Within Qatar

• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
• Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout
• Areas Covered: Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, and more

Our team may contact you to arrange delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply if the courier cannot reach you.

International Shipping

• Destinations: GCC, MENA, Europe, North America, and select Asia-Pacific countries
• Delivery Time: 5–12 business days
• Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• Customs & Duties: Not included, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or fees.

Processing & Tracking

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding Fridays & public holidays).
• A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent when your order is dispatched.

Returns & Issues

• Qatar: Returns follow our Return Policy.
• International: Final sale unless defective or incorrect.
• For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
