Silah Return & Exchange Policy

At Silah, we want you to love every purchase. While we do not offer refunds, eligible items can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 48 hours via:

Requests after this time may not be accepted.

Return Conditions
We cannot accept returns if the item is:
  • Worn, washed, or altered
  • Missing its original hangtag or packaging
  • Has strong odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • A hygiene-sensitive product (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
  • Damaged due to misuse or improper care

Qatar Orders
  • Once approved, we arrange a local courier pickup (delivery charges apply).
  • Store credit or exchange will be processed within 2–3 business days after inspection.

International Orders

We currently do not accept international returns or exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items
  • Contact us within 24–48 hours with photos.
  • We cover shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.

Important Notes
  • Store credits are non-refundable and valid for future Silah purchases.
  • Sale and promotional items are final sale.
  • Returns sent without approval or via cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
