About The Designer
Silah began as a personal search — a search for clothing that felt honest, calm, and true. For designer Jumana Abusalah, fashion has always been a way to understand herself, to express identity with intention and clarity.
When she chose to wear the hijab, she struggled to find pieces that reflected her: minimal, modern, and expressive, yet fully modest. Nothing felt aligned. Nothing felt like home.
So she began creating what she couldn’t find . Pieces shaped by her architectural eye, rooted in proportion, honesty, and purpose. Clothing that doesn’t speak loudly, but speaks deeply. Clothing that honors values without compromising style.
Silah is the result of that journey. A place where modesty and modern design meet. A place where women can feel seen, calm, and connected. Wearing pieces that feel like who they truly are.
